I am convinced that our portfolio with a focus on HR controlling complements Timegrip’s existing range of services in an ideal way. Our tools for “World Class HR Controlling” have also been facilitating HR controlling and the management of variable compensation for around 25 years, supporting our customers’ organisational transformations with data-driven insights.
From the Timegrip Group’s perspective, our expertise embedded in 4PLAN HR is particularly valuable. Our “World Class HR Controlling” has also impressed Timegrip: The intelligent analysis and simulation functions for HR planning make HR controlling decisions more sound and reliable – a feature that Timegrip does not yet offer.
By bundling these diverse competencies, the Timegrip Group aims to offer a comprehensive workforce management software suite for the HR market in the future. Together with us, this gives them a genuine unique selling point in a growing market.

And there is another aspect that I believe is very important. Through this merger, we are gaining significant financial strength. This is because Timegrip is backed by Main Capital Partners, a leading software investor in the Benelux countries, the DACH region, Scandinavia and the United States. They currently manage assets of approximately 6 billion euros. Main Capital has more than 20 years of experience in developing software companies and works closely with management teams as a strategic partner.
With this strategic investor behind us, new potential opens up for software development – particularly in the area of AI – and thus for long-term competitiveness.
